Our programs are designed to be taught to individuals and small groups, up to four participants. This approach ensures high quality learning for each individual to maximize outcomes and knowledge retention. However, they can be adapted to suit larger class sizes.
Kickstart believes that in order to solidify understanding and retain knowledge, participants must practically apply their learning immediately. Our programs combine classroom learning with hands on, guided practice in a showroom environment.
Our programs are tiered based on experience level because when it comes to training, one size does not fit all. Statistics show that the majority of classroom based learning is not retained long term. Our programs include 6 post learning virtual coaching sessions with participants to review the training content and ensure effective real world implementation. Sessions can be extended if required.
