Founder & President
With over 20 years of experience in automotive sales, leadership, and customer experience, Lucinda brings a proven track record of driving business growth through people-focused leadership. Originally from the UK and now based in Nova Scotia, Canada, she is a Mount Saint Vincent University graduate (BBA, Management & Marketing) and a certified workplace educator through the internationally recognized Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) program.
Lucinda has built and led high-performing teams, helping dealerships implement strategic sales and leadership initiatives that enhance customer experience, employee engagement, and market growth. She believes that a dealership’s success is driven by its people – and with the right training, tools and culture, teams can exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.
As part-time faculty at the Automotive Business School of Canada (Georgian College, Ontario), Lucinda stays at the forefront of industry trends, equipping the next generation of automotive professionals with the skills they need to succeed.
