Born and raised in the UK, Lucinda has called Nova Scotia home since 2010. She is a graduate of Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax (BBA, Management & Marketing) and a skilled sales and leadership professional with 20+ years experience in customer service, sales, and leadership in the automotive industry.
She has a demonstrated history of building successful teams and executing strategic plans resulting in high market growth. As a people-centric leader, Lucinda places a strong focus on cultivating a thriving, positive culture among the teams she works with and firmly believes that, given the right tools and training, people will drive results and exceed expectations.
Lucinda is a certified workplace educator through the internationally recognized Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) program.
Lucinda also works as a part-time faculty member for the Automotive Business School of Canada at Georgian College in Ontario, and is the customer experience columnist for Canadian Auto Dealer magazine.
